Testimonials

I would like to take this opportunity to invite my clients to give true testimonials.  Many times it is hard to believe posted testimonials, so I invite my clients to express yourselves about your experience with me and if you would recommend me to others, why.  Thanks! Kenzie.

As a military family we've moved often and dealt with many real estate agents. We've even had several very good ones, but none - none - have been as good as Kenzie. We've bought or sold three properties this year, in three geographically different markets, and Kenzie was by far the very best agent we've worked with.

Since we were living in Virginia at the time and would be doing most of our research and communication long distance, it was imperative that we find an agent with their finger on the pulse of this volatile market who also put clients' needs first. We visited the Everett/Seattle area in June 2008, with very limited time (4 days) to tour and buy a property. Kenzie listened, did her homework, made time for us and was successful in showing us all of the properties we had liked online (and then did not like in person!) and then helped us find the perfect home in an area we had not yet explored, but MUCH preferred. She always got answers to our questions right away and was quietly determined to make sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied with such an important purchase . Her expertise on the surrounding area, including traffic concerns, local builders and quality school systems was critical to our decision making process.

Always going above and beyond a Realtor's expected role in a purchase, Kenzie amazed us with her efficiency and attention to detail. When October came, we moved into a house we'd seen only once, in June, when it was only framed, with a moving truck just one day behind us. Everything was done except turning over the new key! The builder was all she had described and everything was completed on time and was above and beyond our expectations. Kenzie even did the walk-thru inspections for us since we couldn't be in town. She was more thorough than we probably would have been and the results were nothing short of incredible. Kenzie is truly an experienced professional and simply a joy to be around.

    Sincerely,
    Tracy and Robert

I had to move from Arizona having only 3 days to find in this area the proper home with the proper price, Kenzie did it,showing outstanding negotiator capabilities in solving all sort of problems, no one was too big for her, she is definitely the most top notch Realtor that I may have hope for and all that with the most kind and sincere manners and attitude.

Kenzie has been great throughout our home buying experience. She has been very patient, educational and encouraging through this whole experience. She was informative about every little detail and gave her own suggestions honestly. Throughout the entire process, I did not feel like I was with an agent but I felt like I was more with a friend who knew exactly what my husband and I were looking in for our first home. She is the best and I would recommend her to anyone. Keep up the good work Kenzie!!!

I expected buying a first home to be a nightmare, Kenzie made the process enjoyable! A lot happened including last-minute finance changes, and I never left a message because she always answered her phone. A lot went sideways and I was overwhelmed but Kenzie didn't hesitate to negotiate with involved parties that wasn't in her job description. Even after she was paid, she kept in contact to ensure nothing was missed by the sellers, ect. I don't regret a single moment, Kenzie helped shape our future by getting us the house we wanted below the expected price. She offered her own ideas that I didn't learn about in the homebuyer's seminar. Initially I didn't want a Realtor, boy was I wrong. Don't forget to sleep, Kenzie!

I met Kenzie as I was getting educated on home prices in Seattle. Although I explained I wasn't yet ready to buy as I hadn't yet listed my house. Still she made time bring me up to speed on everything in my price range. I found just the right place. I thought she was being overly optimistic when she asked if I wanted to make a contingent offer. She put it together and I closed on my house this summer.

Kenzie has everything you'd want in buyer representation! She's not afraid to negotiate on your behalf, she's knowledgeable, smart, pays attention to details, follows through and she's available when you need her. I would recommend her highly.
